Students work through drills, speed, and endurance in the strokes of front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke, and butterfly. Advanced students will explore sidestroke and an introduction to competitive swimming and how to incorporate swimming into an overall healthy lifestyle.
Prerequisite Skills: Submerge face underwater, float unassisted on front and back, swim unassisted 15-25 yrds on front/back, perform 10-15 yrds of breaststroke kick
